This is from the new Essie collection for fall 2013 it's called "Vested Interest". I have been obsessed with this type of green lately for nailpolish & eyeshadow. No it's not summery but.. who cares? :) I bought it from nordstrom.com for $8. Essie polishes never let me down & are always a go to for me.
